Merchandise is sold by All American Pool & Patio and is accepted by Purchaser in "as is" condition. The only warranties, if any, applying to the merchandise are those which may be offered by the manufacturer. All American Pool & Patio is not responsible for processing any such warranty claims. All shipping/handling/packing charges associated with a warranty claim after one year from date of purchase will be the responsibility of the Purchaser. All Sales are Final. No refunds or exchanges, including layaways. If a product is authorized to be returned for exchange, credit, or refund, Purchaser may be held responsible for any restocking fees incurred. Purchaser will always be liable for all shipping/handling charges, regardless of any promotions given at time of sale. All American Pool & Patio cannot be held responsible for delays in special ordered merchandise. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona and the parties agree that the Courts of the State of Arizona shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes. Purchaser consents to personal jurisdiction in the state of Arizona.

By signing this Purchase Order, Customer agrees that the sale is binding upon Customer and is not subject to cancellation by customer.
